Joshua founded Biletsky Law after hearing countless stories from artists and entrepreneurs about their frustrations with traditional legal services—sky-high fees, impersonal treatment, and unreturned calls and emails. Determined to create something better, he built Biletsky Law on a simple principle: affordable, accessible, and personal legal support.

Joshua’s legal career began in the Legal & Business Affairs Department of Warner/Chappell Music, one of the world’s largest music publishers. There, he gained firsthand experience drafting and reviewing publishing agreements and researching international copyright law—a background that continues to inform the firm’s strength in navigating the complex intersection of business and creativity.
